The problem is a lot are full re-skins and I want to keep as close to the original look as possbile with some added flair. After all my research I am recommending the Painterly Texture Pack. The best part about it is it is fully customizable with multiple options for everything. It is also heavily tested and maintained and should always work right. With all the customization options I went ahead and made a set of good textures for everything.
