Where Pixelated Blocks Come To DIE
With Todd finishing his track extension to my base and the massive failure that was my first water slide attempt I decided to finish up the 5th floor of my tower which is the train station and hotel floor.
When you first arrive you come in through the train station:
Then you exit into the hotel:
And for the super rich you stay in the master suite:
It’s all done now except for some finishing touches once we figure out the trains and I need to add random loot to all the rooms.
I think i have edited most of the PHP on the site so that its all English, please let me know via comment or email or something if i have missed something.
We have added a new server “Death Incarnate” it features….. Death, Dieing, and Mutilation via monsters and PVP.
I got tired of constantly looking up what the different blocks look like so I made myself a handy rock garden. I will probably move this indoors now that my tower is up.
I found some puppies so I took a break and made them a home.
Hoff wasn’t paying attention so I trapped him in the most indestructible stuff I could find.
And after 5-6 diamond picks, ~300 TNT, and 10k blocks or varying nature I finally got the outer structure of my tower built. Just ignore the missing block 3/4 of the way up; apparently I was a tad sleepy.
Some things I’ve learned so far:
Sand makes good scaffolding. You just jump up it in a giant pillar and then to removed it just hit the bottom a few times with the shovel and it will keep falling to that spot.
Light TNT with the left click of flint and steel. It avoids forest fires of which I’ll plead the 5th.
Dig out paths and pools before adding water to them.
